Waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my delivery, came without the pitta I ordered, which is the third time they’ve forgotten to send one when I’ve paid for it. Called up to sort the issue and guy said he’d send one along right away, was still waiting for it 25 minutes later when the food was absolutely freezing cold. Called again, guy on phone honestly couldn’t care at all. The old owner was always amazing, spoke to me every time I was in and always incredibly kind. Would have sorted this out straight away. Guy I spoke to on the night, has made me determined I’ll never order again. Would sometimes order 3 times a week… not anymore. Incredibly disappointed. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Dry roll with Kebab meat x 2 given. No salad or dressing as was requested when ordered. Phoned to speak to them. They offered to deliver salad. By which time the food would be cold. I declined that offer. Very busy was the excuse. I will go elsewhere the next time. Very disappointing

I specifically asked for my delivery to come at 7pm but it arrived at 6.25 pm . I know it’s better earlier rather than being late but why ask what my preferred delivery time is if you don’t stick to it .

the wrap was not as usual. the salad was almost finished and I get just a bit in my wrap... not as should be . it was basically the flat bread with chicken and sauce .
